The Club meeting officially starts at 12:25 (the late bell). You may
arrive as early as noon.

Your lunch is courtesy the Club.

Do go through the line at the tables directly in front of the
doors as you enter.

Identify yourself, and you will be given a name badge.

If the person who invited you to speak has not arrived, please
go ahead and serve yourself from the buffet at the far end of
the room.

Please take a seat at the head table on the west wall with the water from Clearlake as a background.

The Club will conduct its business until 1:00. At that time, you
will be introduced.
If you like, bring printed introductory information that can be
used to introduce you.

You will have from 1:00 to 1:15 for your presentation and questions.
It is best to stop a few minutes prior to 1:15 to begin questions.

If you are bringing handouts for the membership, there are normally
around 65 to 70 persons in attendance each week.

Be prepared to have your photo taken so that you may be added
to our website!

Please bring any printed information relevant to your topic that
you wish to have posted on our website.
